New Hire Joins Newly Formed NW Side Team
Essex Realty Group has expanded its footprint on the Northwest Side of Chicago with the formation of the Maxfield/Quaid Team, led by director Clay Maxfield and new team member Mack Quaid. Quaid joins seven-year Essex veteran Maxfield as an associate.
In this role, Quaid will concentrate primarily on the sales of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate. Responsibilities include asset valuation, market research and analytics, and business development throughout the Chicagoland area.
“We are excited to expand our team and look forward to growing Essex’ market share on Chicago’s Northwest side,” said Maxfield. “Mack will be a great addition to Essex. With a strong real estate background, he will be able to contribute to the team right away.”
Prior to joining Essex, Quaid worked in residential real estate, overseeing leasing for a top Chicagoland area residential team.
