Jaimie joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2017 and focuses on the sale of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate throughout Chicago, Evanston, and the suburbs. She is skilled in investment brokerage, asset valuation, market research, transaction analysis, contract negotiation, branding, and marketing.

Jaimie has been involved in the sale of over $350 million of investment property, including 2,300+ apartment units. In addition to her work with Essex, Jaimie is also a Director at Back Nine Apartment Investors, which provides intergenerational real estate solutions through the acquisition and operation of Class A multifamily in stabilized and growth markets throughout the U.S.

Jaimie was recently recognized by RE Journals as a CRE Future Leader and is an active member of the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA) and Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), a Chicago-based professional organization for women involved in real estate finance, development, and deal structure. She is also involved in Chicago's Real Estate Investment Association (REIA).
