Joe joined Essex Realty Group Inc. in 2022 as an Associate with a primary focus on market research, asset valuation, and database management on the south side of Chicago. Prior to joining Essex, Joe worked as a zoning and permitting specialist. His main responsibility included obtaining jurisdictional approval for wireless telecommunication facilities. With great attention to detail, and a fascination with development & history of city planning, Joe proves to be an asset to the South Side Essex team.
